Thank you for using The OnCall Bot, a subscription-based virtual assistant platform designed to support dental practices and their patients. We value transparency, and this page outlines our policy on refunds, returns, and cancellations for our digital software service.


❌ No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our product—a digital, cloud-based software serviceall sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any payments made, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees
  • Add-on services or upgrades
  • Missed promotional discounts
  • Partial usage during a billing cycle

By subscribing to The OnCall Bot, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including early cancellation or dissatisfaction with the service.


🔁 No Returns Policy

Since The OnCall Bot is an intangible, digital product, it cannot be returned, downloaded, or physically exchanged. Once access is granted and usage begins, there is no mechanism to “return” the product .


🔓 Cancel Anytime Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@theoncallbot.com. Cancellation will:

  • Prevent future billing cycles from being charged
  • End your access to The OnCall Bot at the close of the current billing period
  • Not entitle you to a partial or full refund for time remaining in your current billing cycle.

By subscribing to or using The OnCall Bot, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed and understood this No Refund / No Return Policy
  • You are responsible for managing your account and subscription preferences
  • You understand that cancellation is the sole method for ending charges
