Who sends the messages
Oncall Bot LLC (St. James, NY) operates Market My Business AI, a paid software subscription for small business owners. Our AI Call Concierge answers a subscriber’s business phone when they can’t, takes the caller’s details, and texts the subscriber a summary of that call. Every message begins with the words “Oncall Bot LLC”. Messages go only to the account holder about activity on their own account. We do not send marketing texts to consumers and we never sell or share phone numbers.
How you opt in
Opt-in happens inside your own account at Setup → AI Call Concierge → SMS alerts. The consent box is unticked by default; you tick it and type your own mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Consent wording, exactly as it appears in the app:
“I agree to receive SMS notifications from Oncall Bot LLC (Market My Business AI) about calls answered by my AI Call Concierge, at the mobile number I provided. This is a recurring message program — message frequency varies, typically 1–5 messages per business day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Stopping messages & getting help
